Emergency Dart E-Board Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m.
Attendance:
Ron Calvert, President
Bob Martell, Monday Governor
Buck Black, Wednesday Governor
Carol Calvert, Secretary/Treasurer
Bob Martell made a motion that due to NCDA low membership, and until it is regained to 100 members we shall suspend free ADO playoff participation unless we have 11 or more people at $10.00 each. At which time we will have a lottery drawing to give a free entry to ADO Regionals. Also if we have 5 or more ladies at $10.00 each, NCDA will provide the remainder of funds for the ADO Regional Entry.
Buck Black Seconded.
Ron Calvert called for a vote and it was unanimous.
President adjourned the meeting at 8:45pm
